Common questions
How do I play?
Fly through locust swarms to eat them before they strip the alfalfa. Steer with the on-screen stick (or tilt), flap to speed up, and screech to freeze a swarm. "How to play" on the menu has the full guide. Young children can try Kids mode, which has no way to lose.
I bought something and it isn't unlocked
Open Shop & outfits and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with. Purchases also carry over to your other devices this way.
How do I use a promo code?
In the app: Shop & outfits → Redeem a code opens the App Store's or Google Play's code screen. On the website: type the code in the shop's promo code box.
Online play says it can't connect
Check your internet connection, then try again. To join a friend, type their 4-letter game code exactly. Up to 8 gulls can play together across iPhone, Android and the web.
Can I use a game controller?
Yes: Xbox, PlayStation, Switch Pro and MFi controllers work on iPhone, iPad, Android and the web.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from: reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, or your Google Play order history for Android.
