Feathered Defenders · Comparative Imaging, Inc.

Effective October 14, 2026

Feathered Defenders is a game about California gulls protecting a Utah farm from locusts. It is made by Comparative Imaging, Inc. ("we"). This policy explains what the game collects, why, and the choices you have. The short version: there are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and we never sell anything about you.

What the game collects

What the game does not collect

Purchases

Purchases (the Full Valley and gull outfits) are handled entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment details. The store tells the game which items you own so it can unlock them.

Our game server

Online play and high scores run on our server at play.sitesparkignite.com in the United States. Like any internet service, it receives your device's IP address to make the connection; we do not store or log IP addresses for identifying players. Online games exist only while they are being played. Posted high scores are kept until we reset the lists.

Children

Feathered Defenders is for everyone, including a Kids mode for young players. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Kids mode and solo play send nothing to our server. A child playing online or posting a score shares only the nickname typed in, so we ask parents to help children choose a nickname that isn't their real name. If you believe a child has entered personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
